Loyalty Program for Group Leaders

At Joshua Expeditions, we truly believe our trips are a way to “Answer the Call” and to help those in need both locally and globally.  Over the past twenty years, with your help, JE has been able to provide food for children in low-income communities, an education to well-deserving students, cows to villages in Africa, new homes for families, and assistance to numerous community development projects.We could not have done this without your help and so we have decided to create a loyalty program. We want to show our appreciation to the trip leaders whose ongoing commitment to JE has allowed us to make a global impact for Christ.

Tour Discounts for Family & Faculty

After taking 2 trips (fully paid, minimum paying 10 travelers) with JE, you as the group leader* will qualify to have an additional family member or school faculty member join your next JE group tour** at a discounted rate of 50% off of their total trip cost. This benefit must be redeemed on your next JE trip** and cannot be held for future trips. Only (1) accrued traveler discount may be applied to a single trip. *”Group Leader” is defined as the primary contact person who is listed on the trip expedition form as the trip leader. Group leader status cannot be transferred. **”Next JE Group Tour” is defined as the next group trip (of ten or more paying travelers) you take outside of the travel season that your discount was earned (i.e. Credits earned by trips in the 2017-18 travel season must be redeemed in the next travel season in which you travel.).

JE Referral Program

We can accomplish more together! When you refer a colleague, friend or family member who has never traveled with JE, we want to show you our continued appreciation. Once your referral signs up with a group of 10 or more and has paid their deposits, we will send you a check for $500! This is our way of saying “Thank You” for sharing our mission with people you know.

Loyalty Points

For every trip that you take with JE*, you will earn 100 reward points that are redeemable for prizes and tour upgrades.  These points will never expire and are non-transferrable**. You can redeem your points to receive one of the following electronic devices or Tour upgrades.

 

Electronics: Items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks after we receive your request.

  • JBL – Charge 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker (300 points)
  • Fitbit – Charge 2 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate (Large) (400 points)

  • Apple – iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi 128GB (600 points)

Tour Upgrades:***

  • One additional Single room (200 points)
  • One free student scholarship of 50% off the trip cost (400 points)
  • One dinner upgrade for the entire group (400 points)
  • One additional pre-booked excursion for the entire group**** (500 points)

*You are not automatically entered into the program and need to sign up for this program.  You can opt out of the program at any time and by doing so will lose any unused points. **Points cannot be transferred to another group leader’s loyalty account. ***Tour upgrades are dependent on availability on the specific tour requested. ****Excursion options are limited and based on the availability of your specific tour. All excursions must be requested during the process of booking your group tour.
