Day 1
Your Joshua Expeditions guide will meet your group in the Vancouver airport, then travel with you by coach to Gastown on Granville Island. Following check-in at the hotel, you will enjoy dinner in the city before closing the day with devotions.Day 2
This morning your group will board a ferry and head straight over to Vancouver Island, rated one of the top 10 islands in the world. You will head south to Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, where you will visit the Old Town and Market Square then grab a quick lunch on your own before visiting Craigdarroch Castle. Later, the group will venture down to the inner harbor and take a walk along the Victoria Breakwater. You will enjoy dinner at Fisherman’s Warf before heading to the hotel for devotions.Day 3
Your group will board a boat today that will take you close enough to see amazing marine life, including the Orca, more commonly known as the Killer Whale. Following lunch a little later, your group will continue inland to Goldstream Provincial Park, where you will hike among 600-year-old Douglas fir trees until you reach Niagara Falls. The sight of the falls is astounding, just like its namesake, and it cascades nearly 50 meters! When the group returns to Victoria in the evening, you will enjoy a relaxing walking tour of the city before concluding the day with dinner and devotions at the hotel.Day 4
Following breakfast, your group will take a ferry back to Vancouver then board a coach for the journey north to Stanley Park. Your courage will be tested as you walk across a 250-foot gorge on Capilano Suspension Bridge and then continue traveling along the treetops on suspension bridges hovering 100 feet above ground! Following lunch in the area, the group will return to Vancouver for an afternoon walking tour of the city and one last opportunity to grab a souvenir before heading to dinner and the hotel.Day 5
Your group will pack up and head to the airport in the morning to catch your flight back home.If your group prefers a day on the Pacific Rim, you can substitute Day 3 with a journey across the island from Victoria. On the Pacific Rim you will see such amazing marine life as seals, porpoise, sea lions and several species of whales, including the Orca. You will also be able to board a boat and get closer to these amazing creatures. Your group will stay overnight in Tofino then return to Vancouver the following day.
