Pacific Rim Exploration

Day 1

You will fly to Vancouver in the British Columbia province of Canada and meet your Joshua Expeditions guide in the airport. After checking into your hotel, your group head out for dinner in the city before returning to the hotel for devotions.

Day 2

During the morning, you will visit the Vancouver Aquarium and Marine Science Center where you will see amazing shows featuring sea lions, beluga whale and dolphins. In the afternoon, your group will head over to catch the ferry from Vancouver to Vancouver Island, rated one of the top 10 islands in the world. The marine life is said to be the most varied in North America. Upon arrival, you will board a coach and travel to Tofino where you can spend some time in the evening visiting Pacific Rim National Park. You won't believe the breathtaking view across the ocean. Your evening will close at the hotel with a time for group devotions.

Day 3

Today, your group will take a drive along the Pacific Rim to see such amazing marine life as porpoises, sea lions and several species of whales, including the Humpback and the Orca, more commonly known as the Killer Whale. Afterward you will board a boat so you can actually get a closer look at these amazing creatures! At the end of a full day of whale watching and touring the coast, you will return to Tofino for dinner and devotions.

Day 4

Your group will board a coach this morning and drive back to the ferry for the return to Vancouver. A short walking tour to the shopping district will give you time to pick up last-minute souvenirs, or your group may opt to partake in a ministry opportunity before heading to your hotel on Granville Island.

Day 5

After 4 days among God’s amazing creation it will be time for your group to head back home!
