Senior Class Tour of Canada

Day 1

Your group will arrive in Toronto and meet a Joshua Expeditions guide at the airport then head over to your hotel. Your tour will begin with a bird’s-eye view of the city from the CN Tower, the tallest freestanding structure in the world. Afterward, you will enjoy a short walking tour before rounding out the day with dinner and devotions.

Day 2

You will spend the morning in Chinatown today, the second largest one in North America! You will have lunch on your own and then head out with the group for a tour of Casa Loma, Canada's most famous castle. In the afternoon, you will visit the Victorian Distillery District where you will have time to admire the art, culture and architecture of this pedestrian-only village, then, if time permits, you will also enter the Art Gallery of Ontario which houses more than 40,000 works. The group will stop for dinner before heading back to the hotel for devotions.

Day 3

Today your group will take a day trip to Niagara Falls. As you soak in the beauty of the Niagara Peninsula, be ready to see this amazing creation up close as you take a boat ride right up to Horseshoe Falls! At the end of the day, the group will return to Toronto to prepare for the next day's departure to Montréal. (Your group might want to add an optional sporting event to your Toronto tour, such as Maple Leafs hockey or Blue Jays baseball.)

Day 4

The group will journey to Montréal this morning, where you will feel like you are touring Europe as you walk through Old Montréal on the Place Jacques-Cartier and Place de la Dauversière. You will also visit the Basilique Notre-Dame of Montréal. After admiring the city’s street artists and entertainment, it will be time to stop for dinner before heading back to the hotel for the evening.

Day 5

In the morning, your group will take a stroll down the Golden Square Mile, observing the Medieval, Renaissance, Greek, Roman, Gothic and Germanic architecture. This tour will wrap up your time in Canada, and your group will head to the airport for the flight home.
