Day 1

Your group will arrive in Phoenix and meet your Joshua Expeditions guide, then head to Papago Park for a quick hike and a great view of the Phoenix area. Afterward, you will enjoy dinner and have a time of devotions to close the evening.


Day 2

This morning the group will travel to Sedona, an enclave of artists and craftsmen, where you can hike and explore places like Slide Rock, Oak Creek and the Red Rocks. In the late afternoon, your group will head to Flagstaff and enjoy dinner and devotions at the hotel.


Day 3

You will begin this day white-water rafting down the Colorado River, then stop on the river bank for lunch and a fun-filled hike. A helicopter will lift the group out of the canyon at the end of your adventure, and the evening will close with dinner and devotions at the hotel.


Day 4

In Flagstaff you will visit Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument for a close-up look at past volcanic activity. You will also visit Humphreys Peak trail, which leads to the highest point in Arizona, for a hike in a thriving alpine forest. In the evening you can visit Lowell Observatory for some stargazing before returning to the hotel for dinner and devotions.


Day 5

Today you will experience the Grand Canyon! Your group will spend the day touring all of the best viewpoints, including a short hike into the canyon where you will learn about this incredible site and discuss a Biblical viewpoint to its origin. The day will close with dinner and devotions at your hotel.


Day 6

Your group will travel into southern Utah today and spend the afternoon in Bryce Canyon National Park. You will have a chance to look at the famed hoodoos, a unique geological phenomenon, and take a scenic hike into the canyon. The group will then make the short hop over to Zion National Park, "The Heavenly City of God," before returning to the hotel for dinner and devotions.


Day 7

Your final full day will be spent biking, hiking, riding and fishing at your mountain resort. In the evening, the group will enjoy more recreational activities, build a campfire and enjoy the stars and one last devotion time together.


Day 8

This morning it will be time to pack up and head for home.
