Days 1-2

Board your overnight flight to Bucharest where your Joshua Expeditions guide will meet you in the airport. A private coach will take your group into the city where, time permitting, you will be able to do some sightseeing before the day closes with dinner, orientation and devotions.

Days 3-5

You will head out in the morning to the orphanage where you will have three days devoted to ministry. Despite having the third highest population of Evangelicals in Europe (6%), there is still a huge need to reach Romanians. While the people are open to receiving the Gospel, very few Romanian youth have been reached. Your group will stay with the same orphanage and minister to them through one-on-one interaction, fun activities, teaching times and sports. There will be unique opportunities for you to develop relationships with the children and staff, and this experience will bless you in immeasurable ways. Each evening will also allow a chance for the group to share experiences and a devotional time.

Day 6

After a morning of ministry activities, it will be time for the group to say goodbye. A coach will then take you into the Transylvanian Alps where you will spend the night.

Day 7

Following breakfast, the group will head out for an optional half day of skiing (subject to weather conditions). There will also be opportunity to tour the surrounding area during the afternoon. Devotions and discussion will conclude the day.

Day 8

After 7 amazing days serving the people of Bucharest, your group will board the flight for home.
