What is Joshua Expeditions?
Joshua Expeditions provides purpose-filled educational travel to schools and church groups from all over the country. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service and satisfaction as evidenced by an over 80% return rate, and we offer a wide variety of trips that are sure to suit your every need. We can even design customized trips. Every Joshua Expeditions tour includes ministry opportunities which add value and perspective to each experience. In only the last decade, we have helped build schools, nutrition centers, camps and churches in areas from Costa Rica to South Africa, not to mention those in our own backyard. Local students from Venice to Grand Cayman Island and all the way to Quito, Ecuador, have learned about American culture by interacting with students traveling with Joshua Expeditions.

Joshua Expeditions is a non-profit Christian organization founded for the purpose of assisting schools and churches in bringing the world to young people and the Gospel to the world.

North American Headquarters is located in McKinney, Texas.

Accreditation
One of today’s most exciting educational trends is global education. Joshua Expeditions International School is pleased to offer a variety of accelerated study programs that provide high school students with quality distance learning that actually take them the distance! Students can earn high school credits by participating in one of our fully accredited history courses, science courses or language immersion programs, and JEIS also offers courses for college students and provides sample learning contracts for students to submit to their universities to seek college credit. Whether studying in Paris, Athens, Washington, D.C. or one of our many other destinations, JEIS’s accelerated study programs are designed to help prepare students to take the next step in spiritual, personal and global development.

Teachers can earn Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits for simply traveling on most tours offered by Joshua Expeditions. This even applies to teachers traveling as free chaperones. Credits are pre-approved by ACSI and accepted by other educational organizations.     Learn how to earn credits
